We’ve been nursing quite a bit without the shield and overall I’m having less pain! I hear so much more swallowing without the shield and he seems satisfied after most feeds which is beyond encouraging!

April! It's been two years, three months, and 17 days of breastfeeding my baby boy and this never would have happened without you. You helped him find his lost suckle reflex, helped us identify oral restrictions that five other providers dismissed, released all his tension, and helped him find his deep, comfortable latch. I can't thank you enough.

Bayli is wonderful to work with. She has done two breastfeeding education sessions for us - one for expecting moms and one as a training for staff and volunteers. Her passion for breastfeeding is evident. She wants to see each mom and baby succeed. Bayli is full of wisdom and encouragement. She is professional and kind. I highly recommend Bayli, you cannot go wrong with using her as a lactation consultant.

Bayli McClary

Serving mamas of the greater Springfield and surrounding areas as a skilled Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I fully believe helping to nourish babies begins by first nurturing the mother. In addition to my knowledge and skillset in lactation counseling and education, I also have prior years of experience spent serving as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the mental health field. While this additional skillset has provided me with a wealth of knowledge in trauma-informed care and counseling skills, it is my own journey through motherhood that I feel has equipped me most to sit empathetically with mamas navigating their own unique feeding journeys.

Dr. Greg Notestine, DDS

Greg Notestine DDS was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from Carroll high school, earned a BS in Biological Sciences from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and his DDS from Ohio State University College of dentistry. After completing a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio he opened his own general/family dentistry practice in 1978 with the help of his wife Karen.

In 1984 he successfully treated the first of many tongue tied infants. Since then, he has continued to treat all ages of people with this congenital defect. He now limits his practice to diagnosing, treating, teaching and lecturing about tongue-tie and other oral restrictions, collectively referred to as TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissues). People travel great distances from all over the Midwest for his care and expertise hence the name of his practice, MIDWEST TONGUE TIE CARE.

Haylie Stites

As a birth supporter, Certified Nutrition and Lactation Counselor, I am deeply committed to empowering women on their journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. My passion lies in providing the support and education necessary for women to reclaim their innate strength and capabilities, allowing them to confidently create, birth, and nourish life. It's a privilege and blessing to be part of their transformative experience, every step of the way.

Haylie was the complete package - gentle, encouraging, insightful and calm; a new mama’s dream! Meeting with her was both empowering and fun. She provided support in a helpful, non-forceful way and I would recommend her to everyone I know!

Morgan Burgert

As a Certified Lactation Consultant, I bring a wealth
of knowledge and compassion to my practice.
My journey into this field was deeply influenced
by my personal experience as a mother. Witnessing
the transformative power of breastfeeding with my
son ignited a passion to support other mothers on their unique paths. By taking an empathetic and personalized approach, I create a nurturing space for them
to navigate the beautiful complexities of motherhood.

MorganBurgert.jpg

I saw Morgan to help with my son’s latch. He was getting angry when he was trying to latch, and she helped us make
him happier! Turns out he was uncomfortable with the positions I was putting him in to try and latch and it wasn’t lining
up with where my nipples laid. Now when he gets fussy I know what to do to help him! My overall experience with Morgan
was amazing. She made me so comfortable and confident in her care! She encouraged me and her genuine kindness
is so refreshing, Morgan is the best.
